Wolfx Project Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "User" refers to any individual or organization that uses the services provided by this Project.
• "Services" include, but are not limited to, real‑time earthquake monitoring, API data services, and short URL services.
• "Privacy Policy" refers to the document separately published and regularly updated by the Project concerning personal information protection.

2. Service Description

Wolfx Project is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to providing various practical services free of charge, including but not limited to real‑time earthquake monitoring, API data services, and short URL services. The Project reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time and assumes no liability to Users for compensation or otherwise. 3. Usage License and Restrictions

License: Users are free to access and use all services provided by the Project at no cost.

Prohibited Actions:

• Accessing the Services maliciously (including but not limited to generating excessive connections), attacking, interfering with, or disrupting the Services is prohibited.
• Using the Project’s Services to carry out illegal or non‑compliant activities is prohibited.
• Bypassing any access restrictions or security mechanisms implemented by the Project through technical means is prohibited.
• Redistributing or proxying any content of the Project in any form is prohibited.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The Project strives for an annual service availability target of 99.0%, conducting regular maintenance and upgrades. Planned maintenance that may cause service interruptions will be announced in advance through official channels; in the event of unplanned outages due to emergencies, the Project will restore service as soon as possible and publish a notice detailing the incident.

5. Disclaimer

All risks and consequences arising from a User’s use of the Project’s Services are borne by the User; the Project shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages. The Project also assumes no responsibility for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network issues, or actions of the User.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content in the Project’s Services, including but not limited to text, images, code, logos, and interface designs, is the copyright of Wolfx Project.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without the express permission of the Project.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wolfx Project is located. Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction when using the Services.

8. Termination of Service

The Project reserves the right to terminate or restrict a User’s access to any or all Services at any time if the User violates these Terms.

9. Amendments to Terms

These Terms take effect upon publication. The Project reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced prominently on the website or via official accounts. Continued use of the Services by Users will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
